5. You will receive a parcel tracking number once available and SMS from SingPost when parcel has arrived in your letterbox.
Most of the pieces are handmade after orders are placed, please allow about 5 business days (Mon - Fri excluding public holidays) for processing before shipping. Shipment might take longer during festive seasons, please follow IG @knotti.art for timely updates.

Knotti does not accept exchanges or returns due to hygiene reasons. If an incorrect item has been shipped to you, please kindly contact us via email with images of the wrong item and your original order details from Knotti (we do not acknowledge purchases from unauthorised third-party sellers).
We will return your shipping fees should the error be found on Knotti's end.

All customers are liable for any local taxes or charges incurred during the delivery process. Knotti will not be responsible or held liable should parcels be seized by customs due to unpaid taxes. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by the customer before clear customs.
Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, there may be limitations and/or delays for international shipments. Knotti cannot be responsible or held liable for parcels with inaccurate or insufficient address. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to make any amendments.
Additional shipping charges apply for returned orders due to inaccurate or insufficient address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Knotti cannot be liable for any lost, misplaced or damaged parcels by SingPost. In the event of a lost or misplaced mail via Domestic Registered Mail and International Registered Mail, an investigation will be conducted by the shipping company and may take up to 3 months.
Knotti will process the compensation to the customer once we have received the compensation from the shipping company after the close of the investigation.
